About the Role:
As an Associate Facilitator, you’ll play a critical role in delivering our bespoke workshops and training sessions, supporting clients on their journey to build more inclusive, effective, and resilient workplaces. Whether facilitating sessions on allyship, microaggressions, inclusive leadership, or cultural transformation, you’ll bring energy, empathy, and expertise to every interaction.

You’ll collaborate closely with our team to create engaging learning experiences, ensuring that participants leave inspired and equipped to drive change in their organisations.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops and training sessions using tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Slido to create interactive and engaging experiences.
  • Adapt and deliver content tailored to client goals, fostering inclusive and dynamic learning environments.
  • Engage with clients across industries, from grass-roots organisations to global enterprises, demonstrating expertise and adaptability.
  • Collaborate with the Avenir team to design and refine workshop materials and strategies.
  • Provide feedback to support the continuous improvement of our programs.
  • Act as an ambassador for Avenir, embodying our values and commitment to purpose-driven work.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of facilitation experience in workshops, training, or learning sessions, with a focus on DEI, leadership, or organisational development.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to connect with diverse audiences, both virtually and in person.
  • Values Alignment: A passion for creating inclusive, engaging learning experiences and alignment with Avenir’s values of Empathy, Bold, Future-Focus, and Innovation.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to different client needs, industries, and team dynamics.
  • Technology Skills: Proficiency in using virtual delivery tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Slido.
  • Sector Knowledge: Experience working with or facilitating sessions for clients in public, private, and non-profit sectors.
