Dinah is the award-winning founder of Avenir Network, a consultancy dedicated to shaping the future of work by championing inclusion, innovation, and sustainable leadership. A visionary leader, she launched Avenir Network in 2021 after experiencing first-hand the systemic and behavioural barriers to inclusion within organisations. Dinah leads her team in providing tailored, transformative solutions that help businesses navigate change and create workplaces where everyone can thrive.

Before founding Avenir Network, Dinah had a successful career in Marketing & Communications, working with some of the UK’s most recognised brands, including News UK, ASDA, and Waitrose. These experiences gave her a deep understanding of corporate structures, the complexities of leadership, and the challenges underrepresented groups face in breaking through to senior roles.

Bringing Together Behavioural Science, AI, and Leadership Development
Dinah’s expertise is grounded in a blend of behavioural science and forward-thinking leadership. In 2024, she completed the Behavioural Science in Practice programme at Warwick Business School, strengthening her ability to influence organisational culture and behaviours.

Most recently, Dinah completed the Artificial Intelligence Programme at Said Business School, University of Oxford, gaining cutting-edge insights into how AI can transform workplaces. She is passionate about helping organisations balance the human and technological aspects of transformation to build truly future-ready businesses.

As an ICF-accredited coach, Dinah has been coaching women in their first leadership roles since 2022, empowering them to build confidence, navigate challenges, and lead with impact.

Driving Change Locally and Globally
Dinah’s work extends beyond consulting. She was a UN Women UK delegate at CSW67 and CSW68, contributing to advancing gender equality on the global stage. In 2020, she joined Bloom UK, a network for women in communications, where she co-founded Bloom in Colour, an inclusion group for Women of Colour and their allies. She proudly served as Head of Allyship as part of Bloom’s 2021 Leadership Team.
