Toren Williams - Partnerships Manager
Toren is the Partnerships Manager at Avenir Network, where she applies her exceptional project management skills to deliver impactful client partnerships and transformative initiatives. Her ability to manage complex projects with clarity and precision ensures that every collaboration drives measurable impact.
A graduate of the University of Sussex with a BA (Hons) in International Relations & International Development, Toren has a strong foundation in understanding global systems and leadership dynamics. In 2024, she completed the Inclusive Leadership Through Behavioural Science executive course at LSE, equipping her with cutting-edge insights into fostering collaboration and inclusion across diverse teams.
Beyond her work at Avenir, Toren has been committed to driving social change. As a Leadership Board Member for BelEve, a UK charity empowering young women aged 8-25, she has helped shape programs that inspire and uplift the next generation of leaders. Her dedication to community impact began during her Gap Year in 2020, when she volunteered with Restless Development in Uganda, raising awareness about sexual health in rural communities.
Toren is also a dedicated mentor to young women aged 16-19, providing workshops, career advice, and personal development coaching. She is deeply committed to advocating for better representation and opportunities for young Black British talent, using her platform to inspire others and foster meaningful change.
With her personable approach and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, Toren ensures that Avenir Network’s partnerships deliver lasting value and exceed expectations.
